Core Positioning

The system provides comprehensive monitoring with 4 channels of vibration/displacement and 4 channels of temperature measurement. It supports dual alarm levels (Alert and Danger) as well as a dedicated OK status output, enabling graded alarm response and reliable machinery protection.

Input Configuration

Output Capability

The device provides:

6 configurable relay outputs, assignable to OK, Alert, or Danger conditions

4 isolated 4–20 mA recorder outputs, configurable for any measured variable

4 buffered sensor signal outputs, providing direct access to raw sensor signals for diagnostics and analysis

Communication and Power Supply

The system supports Modbus RTU communication over RS-485, with optional Ethernet gateway support for integration into Ethernet-based networks. It is compatible with DCS, SCADA systems, and Bently Nevada System 1® software platforms.
Power is supplied by a nominal 24 V DC source (18–36 V DC operating range). An optional external 110/220 V AC power supply is available to accommodate different site power configurations.

Precision and Environmental Performance

The monitor utilizes a 24-bit ADC for high-resolution signal acquisition and analysis. It is designed for industrial-grade operation across a wide ambient temperature range of –20 °C to +70 °C.
The system supports event recording and non-volatile data storage, enabling alarm history review and long-term condition monitoring.
