Core functionality

Used for monitoring equipment cooling water circuit leaks, collecting leakage sensor signals, relay outputting alarm/interlock signals. Once water leakage is detected, an alarm is sent to the upper computer and safety shutdown protection is triggered to prevent damage to the chamber, RF module, and vacuum components caused by water leakage in the machine’s water cooling pipeline.

Signal acquisition channel: Multi channel leakage sensing input (liquid conductive sensor)

Output interface: electromagnetic relay dry contact output, used for hardware safety interlocking; DB9 serial communication, transmitting status and alarm information to the main control of the machine

Relay specifications: Onboard 4-channel power relay, contacts used for safety circuit disconnection, load for low-voltage control circuit (not high-power power circuit)

PCB material: FR-4, semiconductor clean equipment industrial control board, conformal coating three proof coating, resistant to Fab clean workshop environment
