Functional Overview
The number of signal channels on the VME motherboard (810-800081-013) is limited, making it impossible to directly fill the cavity with a large number of sensors, interlock boxes, RF units, and robotic arm I/O. This 810-800082-009 serves as a VME adapter board, which is inserted into the VME motherboard slot to divert and buffer the VME bus signal. The wiring harness is led out through multiple sets of DB connectors and sent to:

Chamber sensor, pressure, temperature monitoring module
RF matching unit, gas control module, EFEM robotic arm I/O
Simple understanding: The VME motherboard is the central hub of the cabinet, and 810-800082-009 is the “signal wiring expansion backplane” of the central hub.
