The onboard embedded PC architecture integrates a 586 level embedded processor, onboard Flash solid-state storage, and operates independently of external hard drives; It can be used as an ISA/PCI card embedded in an industrial computer, or as a standalone machine to run Kollmorgen.

The VxWorks real-time operating system features a hard real-time RTOS kernel that executes motion instructions at the microsecond level, ensuring multi axis synchronization and determinism without being affected by Windows system latency interference.

The SERCOS-I fiber optic digital bus (IEC1491) uses dual fiber optic loops to connect servo drives, fully digitizing and eliminating analog ground loops and electromagnetic interference issues; Simplify dozens of analog control lines into two optical fibers; Supports up to 16 axis synchronization, with extremely high bus cycle certainty, suitable for multi axis interpolation and electronic cam applications.

Universal I/O system digital input and output, supporting limit, origin, and fault relay outputs; Electrical isolation design, suitable for industrial 24V signals; Can directly handle equipment safety interlock logic.

2、 Core of motion control algorithm

MCBASIC Motion Extension Programming Language Class BASIC Multi Task Interpreting and Compiling Language, supporting floating-point operations and multitasking parallelism; Built in specialized motion functions: point motion, linear/circular interpolation, electronic gear (Gearing), electronic cam (Camming); Support dynamic switching between master and slave axes, online modification of cam curves, suitable for printing, winding, and synchronous assembly line equipment.

Multi axis precise synchronous control with 16 axis linkage, and unified time reference for each axis; Support virtual axis (virtual main axis) as a synchronization reference, with multiple sub axes following the virtual axis to achieve complex synchronization processes.

The three loop closed-loop collaborative (position velocity current) controller issues position commands, and SERCOS fiber sends them to the servo driver; The driver completes the speed loop and current loop closure locally; The encoder/rotary feedback is fed back to the controller through SERCOS, forming a fully digital closed-loop control to avoid analog signal drift noise Kollmorgen.

3、 Software and System Integration Technology

BASIC Moves development kit (Windows) PC development and debugging tools: program editing, online debugging, axis oscilloscope, SERCOS bus driver automatic scanning, remote configuration of driver parameters, without the need for local wiring debugging Kollmorgen for each driver.

The MDK motion development kit API provides a Windows dynamic library interface, which can be integrated with third-party HMI and soft PLC to achieve secondary development of upper computer software.
