Neodymium iron boron permanent magnet rotor, low cogging torque, smooth and vibration free low-speed operation; Supports torque mode, speed mode, and position positioning mode.
High overload capacity, peak torque far greater than continuous torque, suitable for fast start stop and reciprocating motion; The rotor inertia is too large, suitable for medium loads, not suitable for extremely high speed light loads.
Mechanical maximum speed of 8000rpm; G winding is compatible with 400VAC high voltage servo system, with a maximum bus voltage of 680VDC.
Brushless electronic commutation, maintenance free, supports 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
Feedback system core (C: Hiperface single loop absolute value encoder)
Hiperface single turn absolute encoder, no need to reset to zero when powered on, saves the position of the single turn when powered off, and directly reads the motor angle when powered on, without the need to find the phase or origin, greatly simplifying the startup process.
Built in electronic nameplate, paired with Kollmorgen AKD/S700 driver, supports plug and play, and the driver automatically reads motor parameters; Third party drivers need to configure the Hiperface protocol.
Separate dual cable connectors: separate wiring for power connectors and feedback connectors.
Braking and safety functions
R option: Built in power-off holding electromagnetic brake, locks the output shaft when power is off, and the vertical load can rely on the motor’s built-in brake to maintain position; Release the power on brake. The holding brake is only used for static holding and cannot be used for dynamic braking or deceleration.
Built in PTC thermistor winding temperature detection, winding overheating output protection signal, driver triggers overheating shutdown; Insulation level F is 155 ℃.
Mechanical and environmental adaptation function
IEC-B5 58mm flange; N axis=optical axis without keyway; -00 standard version with shaft seal ring, IP65 protection for the whole machine, can cope with dust and small splash water conditions.
Any installation direction (horizontal or vertical) is acceptable; The version with brake is slightly longer.
Working environment -5 ℃~+40 ℃; Altitude>1000m requires downgrading for use; Has CE and UL certification.
Electrical adaptation function
G winding, 400VAC high voltage winding, DC bus up to 680VDC, only compatible with 400V level drivers, strictly prohibited from connecting 230V low voltage drivers, as it may result in insufficient output.
6-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor.
