DC servo motor closed-loop drive
Realize closed-loop regulation of torque and speed, receive ± 10V simulated given commands, drive DC permanent magnet servo motors, and complete equipment positioning and speed control.
Built in brake chopper (Ballet circuit)
Integrated soft characteristic braking circuit, absorbing regenerative energy from the motor; When decelerating, dissipate the feedback electrical energy to prevent overvoltage on the DC bus and protect the drive and motor. The 04S-M60/8-PB is a soft ballast version of Kollmorgen.
Analog command and encoder feedback interface
Support input of simulated set values and access to feedback signals from speed measuring generators/encoders; Compare the actual value with the set value in a closed-loop system and dynamically adjust the output current. Compatible with PLC 24V digital IO, enabling, fault resetting, and status alarm output ManualLib.
Master slave parallel drive capability
Supports 1:1 master-slave series connection mode, multiple drivers can be connected in parallel for expansion, driving high-power motors, suitable for spare parts ManualLib for the renovation of high torque old equipment.
Hardware fault diagnosis and protection
