16 channel temperature signal acquisition
Each channel software is configured independently, supporting thermocouple TC (B/E/J/K/T/S/R/N type), thermal resistance RTD (Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, etc.), and the same module can mix multiple sensors.
Weak low-level signal conditioning and analog-to-digital conversion
Amplify, filter, and perform anti-interference processing on millivolt level weak thermoelectric potential and RTD resistance signals, and perform 16 bit high-precision A/D conversion; Built in thermocouple cold end compensation.
Electrical isolation design
Isolation is provided between channels and between the on-site side and the system backplane to suppress ground loop interference and prevent the spread of single channel faults.
Channel fault self diagnosis
Continuously detect sensor wire breakage, short circuit, and line overload; The fault channel is automatically marked, and the PV is set to an invalid NAN value to avoid abnormal data interference with PID regulation, and an alarm is sent to the controller and operation station.
