4-digit precise reading
Status icons: power, channel selection, fault, alarm A1/A2/A3 indicator lights
Panel physical buttons: Alarm reset/channel switching, local monitoring of concentration, and alarm suppression.
Multi level relay alarm output
Built in multiple isolation relays, supporting first level warning, second level alarm, and third level emergency shutdown; Equipped with configurable on/off delay, output passive dry contact linkage fan, shut-off valve, sound and light alarm.
Standard 4-20mA isolated transmission output
Independently isolate analog output, upload gas concentration to DCS/PLC upper system, with optional 0-20mA/4-20mA modes.
Modbus RS485 serial communication
Through the backplane bus networking, multiple 05701 cards can upload all channel concentrations, faults, and alarms to the central control upper level, supporting event printing, remote suppression/remote reset functions.
Full circuit hardware self diagnosis
Real time detection of probe breakage, sensor drift, module power supply abnormalities, and relay faults; Fault code displayed locally and uploaded to the system, drift error ≤ ± 2%/6 months, long-term stable and reliable.
