Core functionality
Signal conversion (main function)
Transfer the digital output signals of the Tricon main controller I/O card (such as 3700A) to the field actuators (solenoid valves, relays, indicator lights).
Provide screw terminals for easy on-site wiring and maintenance, avoiding direct insertion and removal of I/O cards.
Electrical isolation and protection
Onboard isolation circuit to protect the main I/O card from on-site surge and short circuit interference.
Each output is equipped with a fuse/current limit, which only affects a single circuit in case of a fault and does not spread to the entire card.
Status monitoring (LED indication)
Each channel is equipped with LED indicator lights: ON (red)=output on, OFF (green)=output off, for quick on-site troubleshooting.
