Safe output driver: drives 24V DC actuators such as solenoid valves, contactors, alarm lights, etc., to execute SIS safety interlock and emergency stop commands.
Fault safety shutdown: When the power supply is interrupted, there is no output signal, and it automatically switches to a safe state in case of a fault, meeting SIL 3 fault safety requirements.
Channel independent isolation: Each channel is electrically isolated to prevent fault propagation, suppress common mode interference and ground circulation.
Short circuit and overcurrent protection: Each channel has a short-circuit current of 0.75-1.5A, with short-circuit protection and a maximum output leakage current of 350 μ A.
Online self checking and diagnosis: Built in test signal (up to 200 μ s), real-time monitoring of output status, and reporting of fault codes to the system.
Hot swappable and redundant: supports live replacement, no downtime maintenance under redundant architecture, and improves system availability.
