3500/42E Vibration Monitor – Functional Overview
The 3500/42E Vibration Monitor is a four-channel monitoring module designed to accept inputs from proximity probes and seismic transducers. The monitor conditions these input signals to generate accurate vibration and position measurements, and continuously compares the processed values against user-configurable alarm setpoints to support machinery protection and condition monitoring.
Each channel of the 3500/42E can be independently configured using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software, allowing flexible adaptation to different machine monitoring requirements.

Per-channel, the 3500/42E can be configured to perform any of the following functions:
